Based in Singapore, Ershad brings extensive experience from high-growth tech companies, with a strong track record of driving both growth and profitability.Most recently, he held senior management roles at Grab as Chief Commercial Officer, GrabFin Indonesia and Regional Head of Payments Acquiring, and was instrumental in building their payments and lending business. He has also held leadership positions in growth, marketing & go-to-market at Rakuten and Procter & Gamble.

Derek How is Partner and Deputy CEO at RSM Singapore, with extensive experience in audit, assurance, and regulatory practice. Prior to joining RSM in 2006, he held leadership roles at Singapore’s Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), where he led practice monitoring reviews and represented Singapore at international standards-setting conferences.

Mr. Steven Yeah is the Chief Executive Officer of ValueMax Group, a leading pawnbroking and financial services provider in Singapore. He has been with the company since 2004, previously serving as Executive Director overseeing the pawnbroking and retail business.
