Shaakun Khanna is a Senior Advisor and Head of Leadership and AI Transformation for HR at SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management), with over 25 years of experience in HR transformation, HR technology, leadership development, talent management, and digital workforce transformation. He works closely with organizations across India, APAC, and the Middle East to help HR teams leverage AI, analytics, and emerging technologies to drive business impact and workforce effectiveness.Prior to SHRM, Shaakun held senior leadership roles at Oracle Corporation, where he served as Vice President and Head of HCM Strategy & Transformation and HCM Applications Strategy for Asia Pacific, advising boards, CHROs, and business leaders on large-scale HR and technology transformation initiatives.His earlier leadership experience includes serving as Country Head at IBM Kenexa, Country Head at Right Management (ManpowerGroup), and leading Employee Engagement & Leadership Development consulting at Gallup. Over the years, he has worked extensively with Fortune 500 organizations on talent strategy, employee experience, organization transformation, leadership development, and HR technology adoption.
