She has worked extensively with boards, senior management, and finance leaders to translate ESG requirements into decision-useful insights and operational strategies.Tina also brings a strong academic lens to practice, with doctoral research focused on how organisations, particularly in carbon-intensive sectors, construct and manage legitimacy in response to climate change and energy transition pressures. Her work bridges theory and practice, offering a pragmatic, finance- and governance-oriented perspective on embedding ESG into organisational strategy, performance, and capability development.

She has moderated ESG discussions and talks across Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia, guiding leaders on how climate reporting can drive long-term value, improve decision-making, and manage risks effectively.
