Our AI models are based on thousands of job success profiles, over 50 years of organizational psychology and each organization's own data.
Previously, Jay was Head of Strategy at CtrlShift, at BCG, in venture capital, and studied engineering at UC Berkeley and Cornell on a Singapore government EDB scholarship.
