Merran is a highly respected company director and governance expert whose career has spanned senior leadership roles in professional services, standard setting, and corporate oversight. She currently chairs the IFRS Advisory Council, and has served as Chair of the Australian Auditing and Assurance Standards Board, was President of CPA Australia, and has sat on the boards of major corporations, public sector bodies, and not-for-profits.
