Adeline brings over 25 years of leadership experience from major companies including Telco, M1, HSBC, and Standard Chartered. Her last role was a Chief Marketing Officer at a SC Venture backed start-up where she was also a internal Leadership Coach at Standard Chartered.

She's written two books: "REINVENT 4.0" about adapting to the future of work, and "Life 2.0" on managing life changes.

She earned her Bachelor's degree from the National University of Singapore and an MBA from the University of Hull. Today, Adeline works as a leadership coach, helping teams work better together and feel psychologically safe.
