Bryan is a Director of PK Wong & Nair LLC, and a Partner in Mayer Brown LLP. His main areas of practice are commercial litigation and restructuring & insolvency. Bryan holds degrees in Law and Commerce (Finance) from the University of Melbourne.

He has advised and represented clients in some of the most complex restructuring and insolvency matters, including the scheme of arrangement relating to Antanium Resources Pte Ltd, the liquidation of Living the Link and the high-stakes, multi-jurisdictional litigation for Group Lease Holdings Pte Ltd (in Liquidation).
