Gregory Lee is a Senior Manager with RSM SG Risk Advisory Pte Ltd, the governance, risk, and business consulting arm of RSM Singapore. He specialises in internal audit, enterprise risk management, business process re‑engineering, data analytics, and digital transformation.
His experience spans a diverse range of industries, including real estate and construction, healthcare, and manufacturing. Gregory is also a core member of RSM Singapore’s Real Estate & Construction Vertical, where he contributes to sector‑specific insights and advisory initiatives.
In addition, Gregory leads the digital transformation capabilities within RSM’s Business Consulting division. In this role, he has delivered analytics‑driven, process re‑engineering and automation engagements that enable management teams and boards to make more informed decisions, enhance risk and control effectiveness, and embed technologies into day‑to‑day governance and operational processes.
Gregory holds a Bachelor of Accounting (First Class Honours, Magna Cum Laude) from Singapore Management University. He is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and a Certified ICDL Data Analytics Professional.
