Lily Tan is the Managing Director of TnB Global Outsource Pte Ltd, Singapore and Senior Consultant from Quickpro Solutions Sdn Bhd, Malaysia, Qcom Bizsolutions International Pte Ltd as well as TnB International Ltd, China. She is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). She is an ACTA Certified Trainer, Certified QuickBooks Global Solutions Partner and QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

She has served as a President of TunkuAbdul Rahman University College Alumni Association, Singapore (TAS) since year 2019 and appointed as Secretary for Lions Club of Singapore Meyer.

She has over 24 years of Corporate Consulting experience in Singapore, Malaysia and China, her primary area of specialty in Accounting, Taxation, Corporate Secretary, and business restructuring including Digital Transformation for SME and MNC. She manages over 1500 portfolio for both locally and foreign owned in diverse industries such as manufacturing, trading, property investment, construction, consultancy, and advisory service. Based on her experience as a qualified accountant and business knowledge, recent years she focuses on supporting clients especially SME improve efficiency, spurs innovation and lead to seamless digital journey. She manages how to get over the initial humps from vision to execution and taking steps toward a digitally centric future.
