Course Description

This course is part of the ISCA AI Fluency series. 

The series equips professionals and business leaders with practical AI knowledge, responsible AI practices, and real-world applications to drive productivity and informed decision-making.

The module covers the setup of role-based AI sparring partners, the use of AI research capabilities for benchmarking and board preparation, and practical applications across governance activities such as reviewing management accounts, preparing board papers, drafting directors' statements, AGM preparation, assessing management proposals, overseeing AI risk and building governance effectiveness dashboards.

Throughout the module, participants will explore how AI can enhance preparation, challenge thinking, and improve decision quality while maintaining human judgment, accountability, and data security. This module is for directors, board members, audit committee members, and the professionals who support them.
