Linda Hoon

Independent Director, Tru-Marine and Kidney Dialysis Foundation Singapore

Ms Hoon is the General Counsel and Head of Regulatory Affairs, Risk and Compliance in Specialist Risk Group Asia Pacific (SRG), a professional insurance services firm with specialty broking practices. She has a span of more than three decades as a C-Suite executive and have worked in several SGX listed large cap corporations within the Temasek Group such as SembCorp Industries, DBS Bank, SingPost; and worked across several sectors such as financial industry, conglomerate, e-commerce, hospitality and healthcare. As General Counsel, Group Head of Risk, Chief Compliance Officer and Company Secretary in her several past roles, Ms Hoon was involved in many areas of transactional M & A, regulatory and compliance matters and transformation projects. In SRG, she is responsible for legal, compliance and risk management and governance of SRG’s businesses within Asia Pacific. Ms Hoon is currently an Adjunct Lecturer teaching business law in National University of Singapore School of Business.  Ms Hoon also serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of SGX listed companies: Hoe Leong Corporation Limited and Far East Group Limited.  She also serves on a charity board of Kidney Dialysis Foundation Limited.

Keng Seng Wei

Keng Seng Wei is the Group Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Head of CyberSecurity & Managing Director at DBS Group.He is a cybersecurity practitioner and is an active member in various information security communities including: Association of Banks in Singapore's Cyber Security Standing Committee (Chairman), Public Sector Data Security Review Committee (Expert group), Cybersecurity working group of Infocomm Media Development Authority's (IMDA) Services & Digital Economy technology roadmap, Enterprise Singapore's Coordinating Committee for Cybersecurity.

Dr Robert Charnock

Dr. Robert J. Charnock has specialized in sustainability accounting since 2012, bringing extensive experience from both academia and industry. He earned his Ph.D. in Carbon Accounting from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), based on his work with the United Nations to develop Scope 3 carbon accounting standards for the financial sector. Dr. Charnock also served as a member of the ISSB Technical Reference Panel and has a decade of experience lecturing and teaching financial and management accounting. Dr. Charnock is leading Metis to drive forward with research into best practice focussing on three core themes: net zero transition planning, biodiversity scenario analysis, and ESG for MSMEs. Metis works closely with leading organizations such as WWF, WBCSD, and AICPA-CIMA on transition planning and ESG-related projects.Metis also has ongoing consulting engagements in collaboration with RSK Group, who part-fund Metis, driving practical applications of their specialist insights. Collaborations typically support RSK’s consultants in developing new methodologies and tackling practical challenges faced by clients at the forefront of climate- and nature-related risk, strategy and disclosure.
