Shih-Huei has led the operations and expansion of H/Advisors Klareco since 2010. Under Shih-Huei’s leadership, Klareco now operates as a leading communications network across Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta and Singapore.​​​Shih-Huei advises Boards and C-suites of large organisations on corporate reputation, financial communication, investor relations and crisis strategies, and provides media and public-speaking training to C-suites in both public and private institutions. ​​Today, she leads a team of over 30 public relations specialists and advises a diverse range of clients that include world leaders in politics and business, companies in every industrial and commercial sector, and other important organisations and individuals.​​​Shih-Huei is a Council Member of the Singapore Business Federation and the Council for Board Diversity. She is also a committee member of the Career Women’s Group of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry (CWG SCCCI) which promotes women leadership. Shih-Huei is also a founding Exco-member of the Singapore Women Entrepreneurs Network (SG-WEN).​She holds an International Master of Business Administration (IMBA) from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor from the National University of Singapore.​​
