Course Description

Strong governance isn’t about nodding through reports—it’s about knowing where to probe, when to challenge, and how to spot trouble before it costs millions. Drawing from real-life case studies shared by Christian Merchant, this session reveals the critical questions that separate effective boards from reactive ones. You’ll learn how to identify process gaps, demand evidence-backed oversight, and ensure clear accountability at every level. With practical examples ranging from procurement missteps to cash flow leaks and compliance failures, you’ll walk away with insights you can use immediately to safeguard organisational value and protect stakeholder trust.
