Phuong (Stephen) Nguyen currently serves as the Country Manager at ISCA Vietnam, the official representative of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) in Vietnam. 

Prior to joining ISCA, Stephen held leadership and advisory roles at various international organisations, where he developed a deep understanding of professional standards, market development, and member engagement. With his extensive industry knowledge and experience, Stephen is passionate about supporting the professional growth of the accounting and finance community in Vietnam.
