Alan Lee

Co-Founder and COO, Astria Consulting

Alan Lee is the Co-Founder and COO of Astria Consulting, where he advises organisations across Southeast Asia on business transformation, operational strategy, and digital readiness. With a background in management consulting, P&L leadership, and public sector transformation, Alan brings deep cross-sector experience to his work with boards and senior management teams. He is a strong advocate for responsible AI and emerging tech governance, helping business leaders understand the strategic, ethical, and regulatory implications of new technologies. His mission is to bridge the gap between innovation and accountability—especially at the board level, where oversight and decision-making around AI and digital transformation are increasingly critical.  Alan has led regional transformation initiatives across consumer, public sector, technology, and industrial clients, and has built data-driven operating models and performance frameworks from the ground up. He also conducts training and thought leadership sessions on AI, ESG, and enterprise innovation.

Li Weiping

Board Advisor / Associate Lecturer

Weiping Li is a seasoned digital transformation leader with over 15 years of experience across fintech, enterprise technology, and consulting. He has led large-scale innovation and technology programs for Fortune 500 companies and regional clients across Asia Pacific. Most recently, Weiping served as Program Director for Asia Pacific at Visa Inc., where he led the rollout of key regional initiatives, enabling businesses to integrate emerging payment technologies seamlessly across diverse markets. He previously held senior roles at KPMG, Deloitte, and ST Engineering, advising clients on digital transformation, AI/RPA adoption, and corporate strategy. In addition to his industry work, Weiping is an Associate Lecturer at the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS), where he teaches Innovation and Digital Transformation. He holds an MBA from Imperial College London and a Master of Science in Knowledge Management from Nanyang Technological University. He is currently pursuing a professional doctorate with research focused on digital asset valuation and the strategic implications of emerging technologies.Weiping regularly speaks to senior leaders on AI, blockchain, and digital transformation, drawing on his APAC leadership at Visa and consulting experience at KPMG and Deloitte.
