Ms Pru Bennett

Pru is a Partner of the Brunswick Group based in Sydney. Pru advises boards in the APAC region on critical governance as well as environmental and social issues. Pru also holds the following positions: Chair of the National Foundation for Australia China Relations Member of the Australian Financial Reporting Council Board member UN Global Compact Network Australia Council member of the Monetary Authority of Singapore’s Corporate Advisory Council, Council member Asian Corporate Governance Association Council Member Oasis Capital

Career Summary Until January, 2019, Pru Bennett was a Managing Director at the world’s largest asset manager, BlackRock, and Head of BlackRock’s Investment Stewardship team for the APAC Region based in Hong Kong. At BlackRock Pru was responsible for leading a team engaging with BlackRock’s investee companies on ESG issues. Pru also oversaw the proxy voting process.Pru is an active participant in the public debate on corporate governance and stewardship. In 2018 Pru received the Asia Industry Leadership Award from 100 Women in Finance. In 2013, Pru was named as one of Australia’s top 10 Women of Influence in Corporate Governance.

Mr Alywin Teh

Partner, Financial Services Risk Leader, PwC Singapore

Alywin Teh is a Partner at PwC who brings substantial professional and commercial expertise in assurance and advisory services. In recent years, he has led initiatives focused on integrating cultural frameworks within organisations’ three lines model. Over the course of his career, he has held several prominent executive positions, including Asia Head of Internal Audit and Asia Pacific Chief Risk Officer a multi-national insurer, as well as Acting Head of Internal Audit for a publicly listed company in Singapore.  Widely recognised as a thought leader, Alywin is a regular speaker at industry forums and has provided insights at events such as the Institute of Internal Auditors’ seminar, the Singapore Police Force’s risk seminar, and numerous corporate and professional gatherings. His expertise encompasses Culture and Conduct, where he has developed significant proficiency in designing and executing culture-related solutions. Notably, he recently supported the Association of Banks in Singapore’s Culture and Conduct Steering Group in preparing industry practice notes aimed at fostering good culture practices for member banks and financial institutions.

Mr Chew Chin Yee

Managing Director, SGX RegCo

Chew Chin Yee joined Singapore Exchange (SGX Group) on 1 August 2008 and heads the Regulatory Development and Policy (RDP), Enforcement, and Strategic Planning Office (SPO) within Singapore Exchange Regulation (SGX RegCo). He currently oversees the Policy, Enforcement and Strategic Planning functions within Singapore Exchange Regulation (SGX RegCo), playing a key role in shaping and strengthening the regulatory framework that underpins SGX Group’s markets.  The Policy team formulates regulatory policies for the market, administers the trading and clearing rules, and engages the Monetary Authority of Singapore closely.   The Strategic Planning team drives SGX RegCo’s forward looking initiatives, while the Enforcement team ensures that commensurate penalties are meted out for breaches of SGX’s rules. Previously, Mr Chew was Assistant Registrar at the Supreme Court of Singapore, Deputy Public Prosecutor at the Attorney General’s Chambers, and a Justices’ Law Clerk. He is an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore and holds a law degree from the University of Oxford.

Mr Kerry Mok

President & Chief Executive Officer, SATS Group

Kerry has been the President and CEO of SATS Group since December 2021.  He led the ramp-up of ground handling and inflight catering services at Singapore’s Changi Airport after COVID-19, supporting the aviation sector’s recovery.  In 2023, Kerry oversaw SATS’s acquisition of Worldwide Flight Services (WFS), expanding the company into one of the largest air cargo handlers globally with 55,000 employees across 27 countries.  With over 25 years of experience in supply chain management, Kerry has previously served as CEO of YCH Group and held senior roles at Goodpack, Accenture, and DHL.  He was appointed to several Singapore government committees, including the Economic Strategy Review Committee on Global Competitiveness, the International Advisory Panel on Sustainable Air Hub, and the Future Economy Council’s Connectivity Sub-Committee.

Mr David is a corporate lawyer with over 20 years of experience and a seasoned advisor to listed company boards. He has acted on public and private M&A deals within the law firm environment and is currently General Counsel and Company Secretary at an Australian listed public company. Mr David is a Fellow of the Governance Institute and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors
