For 9 years till 2018, Sing Hwee was a member of the EY Asean Partner Governance Council and led the Advisory (Risk) Internal Audit Practice in EY Singapore, Asean and Asia Pacific, overseeing more than 30 partners and 700 professionals across 17 countries.Sing Hwee has close to 30 years of experience in providing risk management, governance business process and performance improvement, internal controls and business advisory services to Boards and Audit Committees of listed companies as well as family offices, private clients and organisations in the public sector and private businesses.For the Boards where he holds the position of Audit & Risk Committee Chairman/ member, he led and continues to lead in the governance and risk oversight, development of risk management and governance framework and process as well as review and assessment of risks and performance of audits for organisations in the government and public sector including statutory boards and government related organisations.
