Course Description

This course features highlights of the SIAS-ISCA Corporate Governance Conference and Forum held in Nov 2025.

In a rapidly evolving VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous) world, corporate excellence is not just about strategy, it’s about execution that delivers sustained value to both shareholders and stakeholders. This presentation explores how organisations can navigate uncertainty while maximising financial returns, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and ensuring long-term resilience.

A high-performing board plays a critical role in guiding organisations through uncertainty by upholding rigorous standards, fostering transparency, and ensuring timely disclosures and clear communication. It will also examine how the board should collaborate with stakeholders such as management, shareholders, regulators etc to strengthen governance frameworks, safeguard long-term value, and maintain strategic alignment in an ever-changing environment.
